In-vehicle demonstration of MediaBridge concept

Our team has recently demonstrated how successfully the MediaBridge concept works in a vehicle.

Our demo unit consists of the followings:
- MediaBridge prototype with motorized tray prepared for iPods
- 1998 Chevy Camaro Z28 test vehicle
- iPod-ready aftermarket car receiver (we could have picked any model that is currently available on the market, in our case we used the Alpine iDA-X200 model)
- 3rd Gen. iPod Nano

For the better understanding, please see below the block diagram of the concept demo setup:

Here is how the MediaBridge looks like installed in our test vehicle. Looks great, doesn't it?

If you would like to check out how the MediaBridge concept functions/operates in a vehicle, please click here for our demo clip at Youtube.

By installing the MediaBridge prototype into our test vehicle, it gave us the opportunity to demonstrate the following:
- the MediaBridge provides flawless/perfect connectivity between the iPod and the iPod-ready car receiver;
- user-friendly operation with simply one hand;
- the MediaBridge allows you full access to all the functions of your portable media player (in our demo unit it was an iPod Nano)
